Shanghai Eming Mould Limited Company was established in 1995. Through ten years' development, we can serve our customers with new operating ideas, great technical strength and modernized scientific management. With continuing exploring and enlarging, we have our own team of mould designing, manufacturing, injection molding, CNC maching and jig manufacturing.

Our company is located in Pudong District, Shanghai City, neighboring to Gaoqiao Town and Waigaoqiao Bonded Area. We have more than 100 staff and over 2,500 square meters of workshops. Our equipment include CNC machines, EDM machines, thread cutting machines, precise grounding machines, and three-dimension measuring apparatus. Furthermore, we have 12 injection machines with capacities ranging from 15MT to 240MT, which can perfectly warrant superior quality and on-time delivery.

We have established long-term business relationships with many famous domestic companies and supplied jigs and accessories for moulds and production lines, including Carl Zeiss IMT Co., Ltd., ENMAX Corporation and SKF.

In order to develop international market, we have also started supplying machine parts and mould parts to Frankische GmbH (Germany), Siemens VDO and Japan Sunaga Skill Lab.

From 2006, we established Greatcutting Department for exporting our machines parts and cutting tools. We have very good relationship with many cutting tools factories in China and export their products as their overseas agent. We have great advantage in field of nonstandard cutting tools because of great technical support from our factory. We could produce the cutting tools according to our customers' special needs to solve their problem in cutting metals or other materials.

We always take quality as our life and carry out the ISO9001 system strictly. We updated our certification of the ISO 9001:2000 at the beginning of 2005.
